    Does google read information from “Whois”
    If a person have many sites on a particular theme what effect it makes on sites.

    yes it does.

    dont try to do link exchange among your sites. otherwise no problem.

    yes they do...linking sites registered on the same class C ip and registered by the same person is a sure red flag
