Why google will differ while showing back links in webmasters and link:xxx.com.

for my sites google webmasters showing lots of back links but whenever i search for link:mysite.com, its showing very less no. of back links.

help me.

Google have different fundas and techniques. Google doesn't show your whole amount of links from link: command now, so check them in Google webmaster tools.
