Google Webmaster, URLs restricted by robots.txt

Hi everyone, i need your help,
I want to add my site to google webmaster ( my site : securitycameraproducts.com ) like my other sites, but when I put the file sitemap.xml, they warned me that google webmaster found error when I insert the sitemap file, error message like this:

We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Make sure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit.
----
and
URLs restricted by robots.txt

after I opened the site to my robots.txt file and looks like this:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /wp-includes/
Sitemap: http://securitycameraproducts.com/sitemap.xml.gz
-------------------

and the contents of the robots.txt file is no different than the robots.txt file on my other site.
there might be willing to give me advice what should I do to my site to be indexed by google.

First add some topics and than try to add sitemap.xml If you just want to submit your website in search engine ,just crawl it.

now i'm trying to remove my site, and try to rebuild the site

 

First add topic then try to add your sitemaps in xml form that will work !
