Google Webmaster Tools

I've changed the keywords and titles of all the pages on my website. My site is displayed in Google results, but still shows the old title pages and is presumably still being ranked based on the old keywords. Does anyone know how long it will take before my pages are returned displaying the new page titles and using the new keywords. The crawler has accessed my site several times since the changes were made, but still uses the old words. Any information much appreciated.

That would depend on the number and quality of external links pointing to your site. The more quantity/quility of links pointing to your site, the faster google will index your site, and the more often they will visit. Additionally, just because google webmasters tools is showing outdated info, does not necessarily mean that google is still basing its results on the old info.

Let Google update its database with the latest update on your site. You will start showing up in the SERPs after that. Keep checking whether Google bots have cached the page carrying the latest updates.

Usually when google updates it will change it and that takes 6 months to a year to happen.

Its will take some more time as you change all of your pages keyord, in the mean time you can ping all of your webpage by using pingomatic.com manually....

Google doesnt show you updates straight away. You should see the changes in 3-5 days.

The changes in google index are always not instant, but as Imdadc said you can speed up with ping service
