google webmaster tools

I use all three major search engine webmaster tools. I find the msn and yahoo must update daily or maybe even live. Sadly Google's seems to only update almost monthly.

I have been looking at yahoo's site explorer and notice my backlinks jump up a couple just when I hit the refresh button! MSN's seems to update daily.

Anyone else see this? Do other search engines offer these tools?

 

i dont think so my website update weekly it's all depend on your website sitemap's frequency which you set at the time of creating sitemap.

 

Yeah Google only updates once a monthly unfortunately, Yahoo provides much better.

I don't think any other Search Engine would need to provide Webmaster Tools, nobody uses them anyway.

 

create a sitemap for ur site and set frequency urself also google update the site cache if u keep updating ur site bcoz they set a budget for each site and it involves many factors.

I personally think that Google webmaster tools provides the most accurate and many details about your site which MSN, or yahoo site explorer fail to provide. Google webmaster tools update after every few days, however, the backlinks updates after some time which I think will soon become fast in updating.

 

I use all three WMT from the SEs and with great results. It is a must when you have large sites to manage.

 

I think webmaster tools of yahoo and msn is not useful as google webmaster tool.

 

I think the tool is base only to there own search engines,...Any ways nothing to loose even you use it why don't you try?

Those stats are not for every site.
What I mean to say is that I have site X that get faster (daily) from Google and site Y that get's better on Yahoo!.

(And don't tell any one, my partner run a new site and Live is faster for him, so Live isn't that bad after all?)

 

I find that Google WMT updates my backlinks on an irregular basis. Sometimes it will be after a week, other times it will be after 3 weeks. I don't use the others. As somebody has already said, nobody uses those SE's anyway
