Google Webmaster Tools reporting too many URLs

Hi guys,

A client of mine is getting an error reported in GWT about a large number of URLs.

Has anyone seen this before, if so do you think there is any negative affect from it?

The content on their site is different on all the pages with no endless loops like those described on the Google page. So I can't see that there should be problems and am hoping that it is just a generic error once the number of pages go beyond a certain number.

That's interesting, seemed they mostly happened on sites with dynamic url structure.

 

Your client's site have dynamic URLs? links generate with the "?" operator ?

 

it could affect negatively, it could also be a glitch.....get a program called xenu and check the urls...
