Google Webmaster Tools Question?

    I have added a site of mine to Google Webmaster Tools and they are asking me to verify it by adding a meta tag to my sites index.

    Where do i add this code to? Please note my site is a wordpress blog. Within which file in the wp theme do i add this to?

    Its in the Header file of your theme if I remember correctly, just before the head section.

    In addition to the meta tags modification, a simple HTML made page too can be used for verification.
