Google webmaster tools question

    On my webmasters tools I have one of my websites on it twice.
    XXXX.co.in
    and www xxxx.co.in.
    Will this duplication be hurting my seo?

    I say this because neither site has indexed well for my primary keyword.

    That is Ok. both are different url for google.. in webmaster tool go to setting and click on preferred domain out of these two.
