Google Webmaster tools number of URLs submitted - bug?

    I am using blogger.And my blog contains more than 200 posts.I resubmit the sitemap rss.xml, every time I make a new post.And it shows in the webmaster tools as only "26" URLs submitted.And in the number of URLs crawled its always "15" .But in search results my new posts stills appears.
    Is there any webmaster facing similar issues?
    Cud this be a bug in webmaster tools?
    If you hav faced such problem and resolved it in the past pls tell me wat u hav did to fix it?

    wait and wait some times it happens that search engine crawler just get to the page and read the content but dont index it, and for that you just have to be patient
