Google webmaster tools, Isnt it supposed to update...

    I was just wondering, My google webmaster tools updates my external links every 2+ weeks, Why is this so slow? I heard from other sites its supposed to update daily but its broke, Whats your thoughts? Does it update daily for you?

    Ive never really timed it. It could update depending on how active your site is.

    It is not slow, but not too quick. It updates for me sometimes every 2 weeks, or every week. Sometimes even 3 weeks to a month.

    If you're getting updates every two weeks you're doing better than many. It's been said before that nowhere near all the links are displayed anyway.

    2 weeks seems about right for my updates, I don't really watch the links that closely, I do check the sitemap and the site links on more regular intervals.

    who cares about the updates if it going updated in every two weeks then it is better other we intrested only in ranking. That is achived only by the quality of back link.
