Google Webmaster Tools - Helpful ?

Hi,

Does Google webmaster tools help you to get high ranking ! I m using it and found errors on my site.

Should i consider those errors

Not sure about it helping with ranking.
But useful for getting new pages indexed quickly if you have a site map and frequently update the site map

You need to find out what the errors are and fix them though. I think this is pretty basic

Indirectly "yes". Well it does provide important and useful information for you to work on like source of url not found error, submitting your sitemaps, set your crawl rate, check on your backlinks... Which if you improve on it will help you to rank better.

 

Yes you should consider those errors , it will help your site indexing quickly & you can easily find the stats about your site . So, i think it's good to have a sitemap !

Not really helpful, i don't use it.

 

In the past, I never thought there would be any service provided by the major SE for webmasters:
Like Google WMT, Yahoo Site Explorer and MSN for WebMasters..
But here we go.. In my opinion: I think it will becomes more and more helpful.
