Google Webmaster Tools - External Links

    Hi -
    I've just noticed that Google webmaster tools is no longer presenting the site home page in the list of pages with external links. Yahoo site-explorer indicates 734 backlinks and the page is still in the Google index, ranking well for a variety of relevant terms.
    Can anyone suggest what may be occurring?
