Google webmaster tools Error: URls not followed

    I noticed my site lost its ranking for my keywords.
    When I checked Google webmaster tools - I saw my homepage has the following error: URLs not followed.

    What that mean?
    Is than can explain the decreasing in the ranking ?

    Check your URL may be banned from Google or some penalization. And also make sure that you are adding the URL only not like www.domain.com/sss.. this will not allow

    Webmasters always seem to have errors that work fine on my browser
