Google Webmaster Tools Backlinks Problem

    2-3 months back google webmaster tools delete all the backlinks for my domain home page
    it show only backlinks for the inner pages

    i know that my home page have many backlinks but the webmaster tools shows none

    any idea why this happen ?

    btw the domain is PR3 after the last update and when i search for link:http://MyDomain.com/ i see lots backlinks

    Dont worry about it, webmaster tools is`nt accurate anyway

    it may be that all of your back links has expired.

    yes its not pretty accurate every time.

    they never show all the backlinks, only important/most recent ones.
    yahoo site explorer would get you a better picture.

    my domain home page had the most backlinks and one day all gone from the webmaster tools
    still show lots back links for inner pages

    Yes it was some problem with webmaster tool but link:mysite show the right back links.

    check the links where you got from other sites, may be they removed.
