    In webmaster Tool under search Appearance category there is a sub category which is called Date Highlighter; can anyone tell me what is this and what's the work of this subcategory; is it necessary to use Data Highlighter to our site ???

    Data Highlighter is a webmaster tool for teaching Google about the pattern of structured data on your website.

    Data highlighter in webmaster tool is good for your site. it tells to google about the structure of your site.
    With data highlighter You can get better search result in SERP.
