    Hi I've created an XML sitemap for 500 urls and submitted in Google webmaster tool. My website have more then 10,000 pages. Is it right to create separate XML sitemap files for each categories having 200, 100, 600 pages like http://domainname.com/product-sitemap1.xml, http://domainname.com/product-sitemap2.xml, etc

    No need to create separate sitemap for all your web pages but there will be only one sitemap that will be one sitemap that will be sufficient for search engines to crawl your website pages.
