    Hi,

What would happen if I did not set any preferred domain to index my site's pages?
I have chosen "Don't set a preferred domain" in the webmaster tool for one of my website. My website for the past one month not been indexed or crawled properly by Googlebot. Most of the pages that listed in the 1st position now disappears. Even when searched with the same keyword with the site name it is not shown. Plz give me a feasible solution to overcome this?

"Butterfly Clipart" is one of the keyword where hscripts.com listed in the first position. Likewise many keywords are being unlisted. If incase of Google penalty what would be the reason and how to overcome it?

if you dont set it you have chances to see canonical urls.
    for example mysite.com/mypage.html and www.mysite.com/mypage.html

setting it makes sure google takes care of it.

Just like buzziness said, your site might be having problems with google. Just give it time

if you did not set then redirect your url to www or to make whole site as without www.
