Google Web master Keyword tool

    My site submitseoarticles.com is Articles Directory I just checked in Google web master and under Keyword module
    "Below are the most common keywords Google found when crawling your site. These should reflect the subject matter of your site."

    the Keyword its showing are like Business,Market,games,self

    whereas these are not my real keywords? so how come google is showing these are the most commonly used keywords for my web site.

    I have the same issue, I am not worrying about that too much because I think it traps words you use a lot on your site that may feature on your footer, for example.

    It always happen, some users see your site in those keyword. Have you tried to search for those keyword and see the position of your site on those?

    I've tried to search with those Keywords but my site was no where, rather it comes up with the keyword i chose.

    how do you define a keywords? Google thinks a word used most times is the "key" word

    Well I was referring to the Keyword meta tags and Words on my page are no where related to what google is suggesting, infact those words are simple Category name on my site http://www.SubmitSeoArticles.com

    Then maybe google has been considering your categories as well when sending visitors to your site. Thats a good sign. You are even getting traffic from other keywords than the ones your are using.

    Google is reading your entire site and ignoring your meta keywords tag; their analysis is based on the site's content, not your desires per se.

    Just keep keyword density around 3% and Google will decide what your keywords are, that's why it doesn't use keyword meta dat anymore. . .

    thats right , if there are repeated instances of a keyword in title and body , its counted ....

    Google extract keywords for your website from your page source. So your page has lots of occurrence for "Business" keyword in view Source section. Similar way, there way be lots of other common words heavily used on your website that you are not targeting at all.
