Google vs Yahoo which is better ?

Google is boss when it comes to income and traffic.

But I like how yahoo ranks some of my sites...

 

As a online business owner I would much rather have Google on my side than Yahoo...

 

Just Google it...

 

It just depends what you are searching for. Yahoo seems to index new sites faster.

Google's results are more filtered than Yahoo's

 

Google is for sure the best controls more than 90% of all traffic, others are Yahoo and Ask

Discussed a lot of time . I don't think no further discussion needed in upcoming 2-3 years. Google is obviously the better one .

 

i agree that google is best because of the traffic the provide but i've done some research and i realize that the yahoo trafffic has a better conversion when it comes to sales.

 

Google is obviously the one. Although yahoo is big, currently, nothing is bringing down google as the top dog.

 

depends on what you are wanting to do - if your looking to convert visitors than google hands down... if your research you will see figures that google dominates 72% of all search engine visitors.... that in itself is enough

if your talking about information for personal use... then yahoo wins...

the expression is different strokes for different folks
Google has a larger customer base and percentage of market share
Yahoo is smaller and declining
You have to remember that Yahoo was the market leader when Google came on the scene
At that point Yahoo was the state of the art search engine that gave the best ( most relevant) results for most users
Google was spread by word of mouth mainly
If a search engine customer is most familiar with Yahoo and knows how to get results that is what matters to them . They may not want to change and like the familiarity
On top of that two search engines may well provide different search results
One search engine ( Google ) does not do everything or provide the results a search engine user is looking for 100 % of the time
Yahoo serves as an alternative , that still has some market share
It also still has a loyal following of sorts of users who know how to use it best
Focus on both
What works for Google usually works for Yahoo as well in terms of SEO

Google is better than Yahoo as it offers an excellent search and its other services such as Gmail (secure), Chrome (fast), Google Maps (amazing) and many more.

 

Google is better for me, faster , less unnecessary details.
Yahoo has too much "make up", some people love that, me personally not.

many things I do not use yahoo to search
also
many things I do not use google to search

Any way google still crap sometimes.

But still can not live without them.

 

Googls is best of all.
