Google vs Facebook

Seriously, apples and oranges. They both have their place with pluses and minuses. Maybe if you could specify what you are doing with them then we could be more helpful.

 

I use Google for SE. FB only use for social network with friends,.

 

facebook gives us enjoyments with our friends.therefor i use it for this purpose and make more friends.

 

i use goole as a search engine because it has wide rank than facebook.

 

If you could be more detailed in your question that would help a lot. Do you mean which site we like better to drive traffic to our website? Right now I am finding a lot of success with facebook. More than 400 million people log on to Facebook everyday. The users average 80 different connections to pages, events and groups. If you work facebook right it can be a huge asset to your online presence.
Not to get too detailed in this post, but there are some proven techniques that work with facebook. To be successful marketing on facebook, you need to interact with customers, cross promote, share content, sponsor contests, update regularly, add multimedia, place ads and try to be different than your competition. Each one of these methods can be a course in itself.

 

Google has created new design of Blogger "Dynamic View" late last year. I tried switching from the traditional one to new version. It works well. Proof is that some of my blogspot have been deindexed from yahoo and bing so far. After switching, it works again.

 

Google so hard to follow and too many often changes their policy.
But I'm not yet optimize FB because too many teens there.

 

This question is not precise enough, as iamgeek says. And anyway the two sites are not comparable, unless you talk about Google + ...

If that is the question, Facebook is more functional, more content-rich, and has a wider audience for me. But do not neglect the future development of Google +.

Also, I think we may very well be on every social network. First, because our contacts are not restricted to one. Then if we have a professional use, it obviously expands the targets.

 

I still go with Facebook. Google+ is still new.

Both Google and Facebook are of different services (Google is mainly for search by default and Facebook is a social network). And i choose both for their different categories. Google is best in the search engine and Facebook is best in the social network.

 

Facebook is replacing Google in multiple ways , Providing answers in advance, but their is a difference in one is providing Information
as its basis, te other is the Benchmark for Social Networking, which is the near immediate Future online!!!

 

Does anyone tell me about how google 1+ works ? I have got a paper letter from google to embed its code onto site page for increasing traffic. Don't know how it works .
