Google vs eBay

It seems that we are in for some interesting times if you consider the various products getting ready to launch.

To a lesser degree Google Base is already taking on eBay. With "GBuy" coming closer to release date, Google is taking on Paypal (although they say it's not going to be a direct competitor... in my opinion it will be).

Now it seems eBay is hitting back by crossing over into contextual advertising with their AdContext. Things should prove interesting to see how these to companies compete with one another.

I am eagerly awaiting GBuy. :) but I think AdContext will not be really successful.

I think ebay is more useful than google. If I had to choose who to take away i'd take away google..its not that much greater than msn or yahoo.

Google... If you use it right and with a little tweeking, you can earn every penny from google. I am also doing some experimenting with YPN. They seem to have some roots to big money, too. :)
