from a webmaster's point of view: tell me, what you think is better: is it 1) google. 2) digital point when i say google, i also include, blogger, orkut and adsense and all the facilities that google provides. we the webmasters get a lot of help from google, here are a few: 1) traffic 2) page rank 3) adsense money 4) webmaster help area there could be a lot of such facility that google provides for us. on the other hand dp, digital point gives us this wonderful forum, this is undoubtedly the best webmaster forum available on the internet. just think how many $$$'s have we made here at dp, dp also provides us with 4 signature links, that's pretty nice. this entire forum with all the rules etc reall helps us to have a pretty nice discussion place. now, given only one choise, what will you pick, google or digital point. which is the best?
I'd say Google because it simply has more features and some of those features are high quality. But Dp on the other hand, well, I can't say much. I'm new here but I'm already addicted to this wonderful forum. Lots of quality posts and you get answers in notime. Class...
Well, my question would be, if Google introduced a vbulletin forum like dpf, who would win? Now, moreso, if they put that link on the google home page, who would win? Imagine a simple Google Marketplace like DPF.
Google would win simply for the fact they have billions of dollars more to optimize...LOL There's not enough money in it for them to work on it anyway. Col
I would rather recommend google to start a forum like this or I request our administrator to expand the features that google now provides to us. what ever it may be, the dp forum is great indeed!
google has a lot of groups, but not as good as vbulitin. anyways, google is already trying to make an alternative for source forge etc, so if google wants an alternative of dp then it sure will create one. but i guess, people on dp will remain with digital point. for those of you who did not understood this thread: google and digital point are the best place for a webmaster, both digital point and google helps website and webmasters gain success. and this is the relation! i hope you have got it! cheers!
Hey whats the point of comparing Google with Digital Point man! there is no relation of Google with Digital Point Still if you want the answer I think Google because it has more features then DP has but NO comparison between 2 Giants
There is no compare with google & digital point.both are different ,but both are use full to Webmasters.
For a new webmaster who is just starting out , dp is surely of more help to learn the tricks of the trade so as to speak , googling does lead us to many scams & shams, with dp noobs are trained to spot the bad apples , learn the ropes of this business, etc.
How are you going about comparing google and digitalpoint. Senseless. It is similar comparing a car manufacturer to a car showroom.
