Dear All

I had a self made scientific video to a "new disease" (through research) which I made myself and put up a site and the video for floowup. My site even had a mention on CNN and TV in the US.

I put the video on google video for streaming on my site as I couldnt afford the bandwidth with 40k views a day.

Now I see that one another site is streaming the video as they got the embed code from google video. Please advice as to what I can do. Is this a cpright infringment? what should I do?

Well, once you place the video on Google, you are signing away the copyright of the video to them.

Under the terms you agreed upon when you uploaded the video to Google https://upload.video.google.com/Terms?hl=en reads

3. Use of Content. By entering into this Agreement and
uploading, sending or otherwise making available Your Authorized
Content to Google, you are directing and authorizing Google to,
and granting Google a royalty-free, non-exclusive right and
license to, host, cache, route, transmit, store, copy, modify,
distribute, perform, display, reformat, excerpt, facilitate the
sale or rental of copies of, analyze, and create algorithms
based on the Authorized Content in order to (i) host the
Authorized Content on Google's servers, (ii) index the

provided by You shall function properly and effectively to allow

Pretty much there is nothing much you can do. It is not a copyright infringment since you agree to give Google the rights to more or less do anything to the video as they pleases.

No its not copyright infringement as when you uploaded you agreed to
