hi.one of my friend lives in California.he wants to open Gmail account but he doesnt have any phone number to verify gmail.can he use a number of his friend who lives in TEXAS for verification? i want to know if there is any problem and any different between states numbers?tnx
That should not be any problem because from what i saw on the verification screen, it matters the country not the state, so you can use any phone number from any state of your country.
