    there are many options to verify your blog with Google. My favorite option is to use Google Analytic code. You can see this options as an "Alternative Option" in Webmaster tool.

    Or if you still want to use verification code, just download the HTML file and use FTP to upload to your host then go to Google Web Master tool, press Verify again.

    you can add it within the wordpress admin section. go to the theme editor and add it to the header.
