    Sure, at 1st go on google dot com then search by your keyword after showing the result go to the address bar where you should the last for that showing url and add > gl=us

    After that you can see the usa google search result like an example :- www google dot com / search dfbfdkjdjkfkjfgkfgvngvngvknn.your keywordskFBKFfv/gl=us

    The url http://www.google.com shows results that are for US only. Other Google pages have the country name added to the URL in the end.
