Google URL + Keyword Rank

Does anyone know if there is a tool that you enter your url and keyword and the output will tell you your exact google placement more then 200 results deep?

Example : Your site www.whatever.com is rank 100,000 out of 4,000,000 for the keyword "cell phone deals"

 

Lol, would you really be interested in results further away than 200? Why? Nobody will go look for it?

 

Yeah if you look at it from that point of view.
I would interested in tool like that for learning purposes.

Step one get you site in google right away and then monitor the rank movement when various changes are made to your site..

Step two learn from the effects of changes to your site in relation to the rank.

 

I can see where some would consider such a tool pointless. But for a beginner like myself who doesn't have many useful keywords that rank high, I would find it helpful. Is there a tool that goes that deep in the search? How deep does the keyword tracking tool here go? I know I have some words in it that show up around the 35-40 mark? I looked for the FAQ, but didn't see mention of how deep it looks.

will return your position if you are within the top 1000. Google does not return results for ANY search farther than ~1000 sites.
