Hello Please i have a problem in Google indexing.

I started link building for my website and succeeded in getting on top 5 rank for my keyword "x", I created new page with Different title but also used keyword "x" there.I named my inner page url with ".com/x" keyword name, Now what is happening Google is indexing inner page in spite of main page .com, I have not promoted the inner page at all, why this is happening.

    Please Help.

    Thanks

That is the nature of Google. Google like to index pages that have keyword in the url. I think that is a good thing. If you want to promote inner page make few support pages to inner page with support keywords.

As you have used the keyword in your url and as per Google guidelines, if there is any keyword exists in the url, then that url will be easily indexed as compare to the url that doesn't contain any keyword.
