Google Updates have begun !

I'm just running mcdar's script on certain keywords.

 

--using the backlink tool on digipoint I now have 0 back links listed in google for www.nottinghamstudent.co.uk

think pr may go down from 3!

Well i've been revising for my exams and not really been concentrating on the scene for a while. meh - ill check back in a few days. Last exams of this semester on Sat - wish me luck, im gonna need it!! lol

 

Well, wen your doing 10,000 less page impressions over the week before and any week in the last year... and the week before is 10,000 less than the month before... and that is 10,000 less than than in August...

IT TOTALLY STINKS! I run a legit site with over 100 registrations per day. Why am I getting pounded in the rear over stupid updates.

 

Oh and the funny thing... even with all the "swaying" I see very little difference in actual registrations and site activity.... so it's 100% google changes in search results for pages on my site.

OH WELL. GUESS I WILL GO BACK TO BEGGING MY USERS FOR DONATIONS.

No, no! It's Wrong. The google Dance, is an event of past. Today Google update the PR of web pages every 48h. The toolbar number change every 2-4 month.

 

Henny, you're kinda hard on the guy? He'll eventually get over the whining phase on his own. We all did and then maybe he'll start trying to figure out why he dropped.

 

Hmm, unless your monitoring the google serp and PR changes for recording purposes you should simple stop checking so frequently because as of right now google is spazzing out. Also If you see your sites current page rank appear to be like a PR6 or even if its gone up at all don't get too cozy with that number, because during the update your PR will fluctuate. Don't think when your site PR is showing to be a PR of 4 on monday and then drops to a PR of 2 come wenesday that google is punishing you it is most likely that google was still doing the update. The problem with google is that during this time of the year we will see all kinds of strange results rather than something just happening overnight.

 

Thats no lie. Jagger knocked me down by early October and I didn't start recovering until mid December.

 

Ok, people... start getting ready... I expect a PR update any moment now.
Backlinks have been increasing... cached pages also... supplemental results are changing into cached pages... this is something I have always seen happening right before a PR update...

No one can know when, but it won't take long... keep your fingers crossed...

Maybe not for you, mine changed a couple days ago.
