Over the last few years Google updates have got far more weird then one could imagine. One of our sites has seen a PR update. Or has it. The site has remained at PR3 when we are currently expecting a jump to PR5 or staying optimistic for a PR6. Internal pages have received PR when many did not have before and still more pages are being given PR as time goes on. Overall our backlinks have dropped from over 400 down to 150 when we was expecting this to climb into the 000's. However confusing this is and whatever the outcome we are in this for the longterm not just for this PR update. On a more positive note Google is throwing up more of our pages in its search results and, as said given internal pages PR. Other sites we own have not seen any update yet which begs the question is the Google PR on us now or is this just a taste of what is to come? Personally I beleive it is the latter! Website: UK Web Links Directory . . .
i still haven't got update on my directories, what's happened to google this time? too slow to be waited!
Tis a mystery as it always is but our main focus is to keep on developing and make our site better. Whilst Google is in action, it is a natural for every webmaster to keep focus on what is happening and hey, we are just like everybody else. Anbody seeing any action out there? . .
yeah same here, one of my sites got rank 5 for one week, now is rank none, i didnt changed anything, besides updating him as usuable...on digpagerank is predicted rank 6, oh well we just have to wait...
With regards to idragon - please let us all know what exactly are you talking about in the sense of maybe adding a link to the site in question. . . .
Okkkkkkkkkk, That defo was not an update but for real just a teaser. All pages given PR by this unstable, weird and wonderful search engine have dissapeared so we are back to normal as previous status.
Absolutely... I've been seeing DP users saying for a month now that the Google update is upon on and yet nothing has happened. I seek it here I seek there, ahh hell let's just all hold tight! . .
