Dont you guys think by adding place pages with organic results, there would be eefect on traffic to the website..as it might possible that they can click on place page instead of website page.. What can be other effects on SEO with Google places updates.. In Google we used to have 10 results, why we are having more then 10 results on 1st page..?Is it some update..can i get the link for this If its a new update then ORM would be in trouble..it would be diffuclt to off the results to 2nd page..
I think we can expect higher traffic from the new format - people are less likely to ignore the 10 pack now IMO. Though at this time I have experienced less traffic on 6 listings I managed, and the rest of the listings have improved. Could be the type of users who search for those 6 listings.
I believe its just temporary. Lets hope. We experienced less phone call volume since this crap came out.
