Google Updated the Backlinks today

    There is backlinks update today. Google has updated the backlinks count today. Don't know if they will update the PR too.

    I stopped paying attention to the Google backlinks numbers quite a while ago. Do the numbers represent "reality" at all these days.

    Nobody knows the dates or how often Google updates pagerank, but if you're familiar with your sites page ranks you will know when it happens. If not keep an eye out on this forum many people will let you know when the update is happening.

    Now i know that google update backlinks and PR separately. But how to know whether my blog's backlinks have been updated or not? thanks :)

    There is nothing new, Back Links by Google update every week. So PR and back link update are different process.

    yes saw it today, got a nice bump in indexed backlinks on my site and it jumped back on page 1.

    I agree... My backlinks range between 200 to 0 depending on the time of day or how google's feeling
