Google's next latest algorithm is the softer version of Panda Update and this is especially created to help small businesses rank better in search results page. As of now there is no official date for the launch of this new update in Google and we will be waiting for the announcement from Matt Cutts, head of web spam department.
I beleive this time google will improve the ranking of small guys against big players. It was very unfair after penguin updates.
