Hi, As we all are aware with the Google updates mostly sites has effected badly. My site is also effected and keywords gone down so badly. So I need some help, what are you people doing now days to overcome.
I suggest you to concentrate on content. Update your website with new content regularly, submit unique articles on high pr article websites, do blog commenting on high page rank blog those are related to your niche.
It's impossible to give you specific advice without knowing your site and in what way it has been impacted (manual penalty, algorithmic, the severity, etc). The short answer is read the Webmaster Guidelines and make sure your site complies. (And use common sense.)
If you are worried f getting down for keyword ranking of your site then you must update content on your sit and build more link as well.. content is food for google...
you should consider these things: - Check your old post, Are they ranking well? Are they relevant to visitors? - Check for broken links - Carefully evaluate your keyword landing pages - Always update your site with quality content - Check if there any duplicate content on site - Check if there is too many links on pages - Check if there are increased number of 404 errors - Do you have 1 H1 title tag? If no make your target keyword H1 (Only 1 H1 Tag) - Check if you have written perfect meta descriptions - Make your category URL seo friendly - Make your site easy to navigate - Remove same URL on page - Check your site landing speed
Firstly, Check your backlinks and try to find out why your site was penalized. then, Try to do some Guest posting on relevant niche sites, which will help you gain some authority and rankings as well.
Quality sites never go down in ranking as hit by Google updates. They only ranked high from Google. So, if your site has impacted by Google then concentrate on the quality of your site. Quality means everything on your site whether content or inbound links, outbound links etc should only of good quality..
Hi Dude, You should focus on high quality content because Google consider only unique and high quality content. So remember, SEO is all about content, content, content and only high quality content. If your site/blog is affected by Google update your first step should check your all site/blog content. Low quality content should be removed and try to update site/blog with unique contents which more informative for users.
