Google Update going on???

    I just caught the google directory has been updated - But I havent noticed anything on the toolbar just yet. Looks like im up to a 5 or 6 by the Google directory.


    Anyone else notice anything???? the toolbar PR on my Lincoln vs Cadillac Forums and Lincoln Mark VIII site hasent changed

    I'm not 100% sure about this(bad memory, need to a new one) but I beleive backlinks are updated?

    OK, I might be completely wrong. I just think I see a few new links for a couple of recently linked sites. I might have missed to check them during last update. :confused:

    well, the directory has definately been changed for me - and is reflecting a higher PR then my toolbar

    I can seen changes in directory but still can`t see any changes in Backlinks..

    It would certainly be interesting if a Google update of backlinks/PR would follow, as at the moment there seems to be little rational in how the different updates are being implemented.

    Same here! Noticed some big jumps in SERPs over the weekend. No change on the toolbar though (not that it matters though).

    You can tell if google is updating because on their site it will be random what your description of your site.

    After a few days, it will be normal.
