Google ungoogled my SERP's after I change my titles!

A few weeks ago, I decided to try and get a little higher in Google for some of my keywords - #2 just wasn't high enough (only kidding). I noticed that I had left the default blog title as part of the name and this was keeping my title keywords from rating highly (e.g <Domain Name>: How to kiss you bionic dog.)

So, I decided to change the default blog title to <Title Name Only> by removing the <Domain Name>. Then I rebuilt all my individual archived pages and two days later found that none of my pages were turning up in Google.

My question is; do I need to ask Google for a reinclusion or will they automatically (eventually) update over time? And if the latter is true, how long will I be waiting?

do they not show up in google when you do a "site:mysite.com" ? or are they just really, really, REALLY far down in the serps?

I changed some H1/Title tags on some pages a few months ago and those pages dropped out of MSN and Google.. they creeped back after a few weeks.. I'll bet that's what has happened to your pages..

It happens everytime I change something big (like page titles, heading tags, etc.) on a site. They drop down for a couple weeks then come back (usually) stronger than before (when changed for SEO reasons).

I usally see my stuff bouce around for 2-3 weeks, but it may take 3 full months to see good results. Keep adding fresh links if you can and you shall overcome.

It takes a bit of time as search engines will have to index the whole site again.
