    There is no settled Back links mechanism , I always advise to use only few back links 10 or 100 it depends but quality back links, unless your website will be buried. Don't use 1000/1 million submission in worthless directory. it gives you nothing I have client Alexa ranked under 600 & Just 800+ back-link it has!

    Another client is top most seller has Back links is none. (N/A) but good Alexa rank I think I believe in real productions (believe in SERP)
