I see that Google is against MFA, and they try to destroy that kind of business.
What about Arbitrage ? I spoke with a friend and he says that soon Google will make something against Arbitrage.

What do you think about this ?

trust me they love arbitrage! And trust me it is not dead. My Adsense ads just jumped back up to above where they were before the landing page thing. My Adwords cost dropped to $0.03 per click.

I don't see the difference from both MFA and Arbitrage:

in my point of view these recent changes is all about cutting off MFA and Arbitrage sites from AdWords system.

Some experienced users were not clicking anymore on AdWords ads due this only bring a non content page with a list of ads  This will not occur anymore.
