Google Trends???

Hi,

I have heard a lot about Google trends but don't know exactly what it is??? Also tell me how to use it?
your help will be highly appreciated...

Trends basically shows what are the hot searches in the world right at that moment . in other words what are the most popular topics in this world right now so the people are searching for them

for example, you can use google trends to see if people search more often on 'gamer forum' or 'gaming forum'

google.com/trends?q=gamer+forum%2C+gaming+forum

we see that 'gaming forum' gets many more searches. so, gamingforum.com would be a better domain purchase than gamerforum.com

you can play around with this and really get specific.
