I couldn't get this to work, plus I doubt google will let people get away with it for very much longer.

Can someone tell me IF I WANTED to use this trick(i have not used it) how I would post an image on my website with a description? I am going to post the image in the footer of my page(not a blog post or forum). I'm just going to edit my footer template and add the image code.

But say this is the url:

    http://tbn0.google.com/images?q=tbn...o.com/contentimage/people/mr%20bean%20big.jpg

How do I add a description to this link code? Do i even need a description? Can I post the image link how it looks above?

Also what is the code to HIDE this image from people browsing my website, but making it STILL show up in google images? Or what do i need to add to the link code to do this or how to make the image very small? Can you make the url i listed above do this so I can have an exact example please?

And has anyone used this trick with adsense?

It's important that the traffic is targeted enough to provide fiduciary benefit to your business. Tricking people into visiting your website can backfire. Plus, using bandwidth without gaining any return just doesn't make business sense. I'd rather have 10 highly targeted visitors per day, 5 of which turn into paying customers than 100 visitors who don't turn into customers. Adsense will only take you so far. (plus, someone stealing my bandwidth is likely to get a call from my attorney)

From what I am gathering, you are NOT linking to the website that has the image, but to Google's address that displays the image.

example: This picture comes from the Sands Mechanical Museum but nowhere does it have their URL address in the following link.

However, in technolarity's example about "Mr. Bean", it DOES have the original website address in it along with Google's image address.
So, I may be wrong in my above post.
