Just a little word of knowledge my friend, if you are targeting locally then you will not have to market that aggressively so if I was you I would start off with small but powerful backlinks and see how your rankings go from that and increase after you see how well the backlinks you purchased do. Dont dish out a lot of money in the beginning.
