    Looked up in forum did not find answer. So I have redirected a domain to new domain. Do I have to delete Old Domains sitemap in webmaster tools. So not to crawl

    Yes you need to delete old domain webpage using webmaster tools. please study the redirection help for old domain to new domain.

    is this permanent redirection ???

    Yes it is permanent redirection. I deleted only the sitemap because it was showing errors I'm guessing this is ok
