    Hi All

In Google Tools/Crawl Errors/Not found I find several instances of URLs like:
    http://www.hollywoodsgoldenage.com/actors/www.keygenguru.com/search/?search=office+2007

This particular one is apparently linked from 4 pages of my site but when I check the coding of these pages all appears to be normal.

I've tried a Google search on 'remove keygenguru' but it just comes up with sites trying to sell Spyware.

Should I buy an appropriate Removal kit and indeed, do I need to? Is keygenguru a threat?

    Thanks in advance.

if the link comes from your own site, then check your code
if its an outside website factor, then you can ignore it. however, you need proper handle 404 error

I really think you should contact your hosting company

Thanks everyone for the advice on this. I contacted my hosting company and got this reply:
"The crawler may be directed at your site through a link on another site which would record the link it follows. Your account is secure and the files it is looking for are not on the server which is why you are getting the Not Found error."

I'm still very uneasy about it, particularly looking at what the Norton site says about keygenguru.
