yes. I set up my domain name on July. http://www.topsearchenigneplacement.us. I notice toolbar PR has moved to PR2 at yesterday.
i just noticed a possible update too... If I remember correctly this wasn't a PR 10 before: http://www.statscounter.com/
I did mod rewrite on a domain and the new pages now have pagerank. So I can say with 100% certainty there has been "some" change on "some" pages.
Yesterday a webmaster showed me a domain with no more than 4 weeks of life showing PR6 in every datacenter (except one) in Mcdar datacenter check tool See: http://whois.sc/www.ovniufo.com But no changes on my older domains
I have found a site that had good PR and recently rose by 1... I have two pages that got grayed for stupid html mistakes, corrected them quickly and was hoping it would come back. Not yet, but they are still listed and seem to act like they have the PR I expected... This does seem to be some kind of adjustment, not an update.
Definately some tweaking going on but I don't see evidence of a full scale update though. Where I am seeing alot of changes is with 301 redirected false PR pages.
Having your html validate definitely helps rankings; why the pr went gray over what I had was kind of a mystery, probably had it up on the wrong day. It was an extra line or two, the page looked just fine. But it was my own fault. Just got in a hurry, I guess. Check out http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/validator/ They are also a good reference for html. I was going to suggest that you use this tool in another thread where you asked for a lookover... but I got busy. Sorry.
I'm not seeing any changes right now, but I sure would like to. The site has been at a PR4 since it first got PR back in April. BLs recently went from 274 to 631 (sweet!), but PR is still weird. I have the PR4, but the only other page on the site with PR is the site map. Everything else is indexed, but no PR to speak of. I'm not really sure why that is.
I've been watching 302 redirect hijack google bug sites. Does seem to be a change in the handling of 30x redirects. Could it possibly have been fixed?
I actually hope it is because it seems there are alot of folks using this in deceitful ways when it comes to selling links that I have seen on this forum. In my case my false PR is internal and discovered accidently.
