Google Toolbar does this a lot on my firefox and IE. I just usually refresh the site and the problem goes away. I also use search status for firefox in case the google toolbar is not working.

Sometimes it is on the user's side like slow connection or full history that slows down internet speed...

Could be true only if you meant EXPORTED instead of Updated, as Internal PR values keeps on updating all the time and what we see in the Toolbar is just a snapshot of the internal values ;)

    It's working fine for me.

Mine stopped working a few hours ago.

A Google search shows this happens fairly often.

Guess I can't keep checking my sites every few hours! lol.

some time google tool bar doesn't get refresh and old data remain in google tool bar that's why it shows the previous page google page rank.

Refresh your web page and get current google page rank. If your problem is not solve this then uninstall the google tool bar or browser and reinstall that one.
