.. or maybe the threads don't have any PR or they might not have been indexed in Google?

new threads in a forum haven't been hit with a PR update yet...so they won't show anything on the toolbar until the next update, of course by then they'll be old threads...

Google PR updates only about every 3 month. So don't expect threads to get PR earlier.

Yeah, I think findklik's referring to the gray bars - many sites do have them today - scared me when I saw some of mine did! Until I saw many others did too :)

Nice discovered, make me worried too, until i saw some of the sections in the Google news that displayed also a grayed bar. I guess it's normal.

My Google indexed inner pages are also showing "grey" on toolbar and N/A on PageRank checkers. They had been 0 from 28th of April till today.

This is not normal, this is new behavior. It's happening both with old pages and new. It's not about pages that have PR0, it's about pages returning no PageRank whatsoever. It happens to pages that are in the supplemental index, and to those that aren't. It happens to pages you might think there is a reason for it to happen to, and it happens to pages for apparently no reason whatsoever.

You will hear, in this thread and many others, people who will say what is causing this (as some have already done in this thread), but they don't actually know. They are making stuff up as they go, and either don't understand what you are talking about, or are trying to pretend they know something when they don't.

And yes, it is even happening to pages that used to have tons of PR:

    http://www.google.com/preferences

One thing I would like to know... does anyone know of any pages that are returning the gray PR bar, but still showing results for any of the other features= parameters?

    -Michael

Wow, I thought that one of my new site is banned because of the "grey" bar, but when I check with the link of Janna122003 it show 0. That is a good news for today.
