Google Toolbar for IE Rate Site good or bad

    Anyone noticed this feature?

    It is not enabled by default.

    On the toolbar two smilies will appear.

    To enable go to options

    More

    Even more and you see vote for this page.

    As far as i know it is not available for Firefox as it is a version backwards.

    It doesn't do anything. Really. I wouldn't even give it a second thought.
