    :D That's funny! I don't think I have heard this word before .....

Anyway, try this! Although I suppose you would have already tried it before you got pissed off to the "peak of pisstivity"!

Go to "View" -> "Toolbars" -> and make sure that Google Toolbar is ticked.

Thats just it, it isn't even in the list. After a few times of closing the browser, it just disappears. I've got no viruses, or any malicious programs that are causing this. If I go to tools > internet options > programs > Manage Add-ons, I see a reference to the toolbar, but it's not showing on the browser. I hate stupid little things like this. It's not a death that causes you to go over the edge, it's the snapping of a shoelace that does it!

Something's mixed up. I've got to check (View/Toolbar) Norton Antivirus in order to see the Google toolbar and v.v.

I don't know what it was, but it's fixed not. No, I don't like the alexa toolbar, too damn slow, plus it's data is way unaccurate. You can raise your site's alexa position simply by visiting your own site with the toolbar on, you can actually make it rise a few hundreded thousand in a couple days. How accurate is that?

I agree. It's time to switch to firefox. You'll never go back.

Advising someone to go to Firefox to get around an IE problem is ridiculous. What do you do when they get a Firefox problem which they will, advise them to go to IE? Frankly, I just loaded IE8 beta, love it and would never go back to Firefox. There are two sides to every story and we all have our prejudices.
