Google tool bar question

I have a desktop and a laptop and just noticed that the PR that is shown in the toolbars are different. I have checked websites and detremined that the desktop is correct and have no idea why the other one would be different.

Anybody ever have a problem like this before and if so is there someting I can do to fix it. If not then I will just remove it from the toolbar and force myself to get the correct PR from a site instead.

    Just curious....

It depends which DC the toolbar gets the PR value from - can be a different DC every time you reboot your computer.

none of them are correct....the Toolbar PR is 3 months outdated...your real PR is hidden....plus the PR you see has no impact on rankings

I do realize that the toolbar is not all that imporant I was just a bit confused why the laptop never has the same PR as the desktop. Anyway it isnot really that impotant.

    Thanks

if you use firefox you can download Search Status 1.18 (firefox-addon) which shows more accurate PR and alexa ranks.
