    I didn't think that could be true.. I would say Google is smarter than that. Google already offers free tips to everyone in their Google Webmasters area.. They tell us everything we need to know to ethically design our sites for Google, I highly doubt they will do more than that.

    It is not possible for Google because if itself goes into SEO then generally webmasters may doubt as they may not rank well if they do not to go for SEO from Google.
